  A persistent knowledge vault in plain markdown and Git that gives an AI assistant long-term memory across sessions and machines. I have not run an AI session without it in months. The working version stays private; the template is public for other builders.

  A desktop planner that turns CMMS data into balanced PM schedules, a mobile PM checklist hub covering 17 equipment types, automated daily reporting across 12 metrics, and Baseline, a leader standard work app with shift tracking.

  A voice-first desktop agent whose interface is a living visual canvas instead of a chat window. It talks, shows its work on screen, looks when asked, and acts inside a sandbox with explicit trust rules. Early prototype. The vision is ahead of the build, on purpose.

1. Reliability Manager Walmart, Distribution center, Smyrna DE

   2026 to present

   Maintenance and reliability for a high-volume distribution center. Designated AI subject-matter expert for the site and a member of the company AI Council.

   Milestones

   Highlights

   • Built Baseline, a leader standard work completion app with associate schedule tracking, so leaders see what was done and who is on shift in one place.
   • Trains night shift managers on Code Puppy and AI-assisted workflow tools.
   • Partnering with Asset Protection on a fire system tracker application for the facility.

2. Reliability Manager Walmart, Two fulfillment centers, Pedricktown NJ

   Feb 2024 to 2026

   Promoted from the technician bench. Nine technicians and a parts clerk on 24/7 coverage across two co-located sites, including about a year as the sole maintenance leader on site.

   Milestones

   Results

   • Grew preventive-maintenance catch rate from 7 to 21 issues a month, a 191 percent increase.
   • Sustained 800-plus consecutive days without a recordable incident across the team.
   • Raised the site M&R assessment score from 62 to 71 percent quarter over quarter, reviewed at Director and VP level.
   • Governed 14,000-plus technician work orders at 550-plus a month.

   Change leadership

   • Led the site deployment of RO 2.0, Walmart’s reliability transformation, as the manager over every workstream owner. Passed the Step 0 divisional assessment in December 2025 and carried the site nearly through Step 1.
   • Built CMMS work order standards where no formal program existed, so reporting and root cause analysis could be trusted.
   • Led the maintenance side of a neighboring site closure and redistributed roughly $500K in recovered assets across five distribution centers.

   Tools built

   • Reliability Planner, a desktop app that imports CMMS data and generates PM schedules with technician load balancing.
   • A PM Checklist Hub covering 17 equipment types, replacing paper and PDF forms on the floor.
   • Automated 12 daily reporting metrics across CMMS, Power BI and Teams, saving 30 to 90 minutes every morning.
   • A compliance audit tool that cut a monthly review from 1 to 2 hours to about 5 minutes.

   People

   • Hired and developed technicians, and promoted an associate to Technician Level 1 through a structured pathway.
   • Sourced Arc Flash, Lockout/Tagout and on-site PIT training through vendor partnerships.
   • Named High Potential and Successor after the first year in management.

3. Founder Proto Node Labs, Delaware

   2025 to present

   A small studio building websites, internal tools, and AI-integrated products for service businesses. I run discovery, the build, and the operations work after launch.

   • Built a product suite on one shared sign-in and tenant system: inventory, timesheets, scheduling, and operations.
   • Designs, ships and maintains six live client websites.
   • Installs and supports client hardware on site, from label printers to Raspberry Pi print relays.

4. General Maintenance Technician Walmart, Fulfillment center, Pedricktown NJ

   Aug 2021 to Jan 2024

   Troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repair across conveyance, dock equipment, electrical and building systems in a 24/7 facility. The trusted night-shift resource and liaison between maintenance and operations.

   Aug 2019 to Aug 2021

   Mobile field service across a regional territory, managing my own routing, scheduling, and payments.

6. Owner Mavericks Lawn Care Solutions, Bear DE

   Apr 2016 to Aug 2018

   Built and ran a local service business with 50-plus recurring clients, handling scheduling, billing, payroll, marketing, and crew coordination.

I default to Claude, and I keep OpenAI and Gemini in active rotation rather than as a fallback. Every few months the same real work goes through all three, because the ranking does change and I would rather find that out on my own work than read about it somewhere. Claude has held the top slot for a while now. That is a current answer, not a permanent one.
